I run regular Bootcamp and circuit training classes ideal if you want to train in a big group for an intense workout. Different levels are available for all abilities with progressions from beginner to advanced, so anyone can join in at any time. Click for more info on classes.
If you don't want to travel to the gym or feel more comfortable training at home, I'm more than happy to accomodate. Everybody is different, and different styles of training suit people differently. I offer a variety of ways to train to suit everyone and make sure everyone gets the best results.
Train from home in your own time at your own pace. Sign up as a HC:Fit online member and recieve access to weekly training videos and nutrition tips that you can follow from home on your computer or on your smart phone/tablet. The videos include, general exercise plans and demonstrations, quick 5 - 10 minute blast work outs, and specific workouts to target specific areas like abs and bums.
