NinjaTraining is a brilliant way to help children and young people develop skills in areas such as communication, confidence, self motivation, problem solving and team work. Our staff have plenty of experience working with young people from a variety of backgrounds. We understand the value of learning outside the classroom and the benefits physical activity can bring to a young persons life.

If you’re looking to do something different and exciting for your stag or hen party then bring your gang to HC:FIT NinjaTraining! We're just around the corner from Liverpool city center and an incredible activity to get the action started before the big night (or clear a few heads after...).

You can do a 1 hour, 90 minute or  2 hour sessions, and we can tailor the session to exactly what you want! You can play around, learn new obstacle skills, challenge each other, or (our personal favorite) go up against each other in a Ninja competition to prove who the real Ninja Master of the gang really is!

We are available to both primary and secondary school students, as well as organisations that support NEET Young People, mental health services, disability groups and Homeless services.

Every Wednesday during the school holidays at 1pm we run an awesome fun family ninja class! We teach a whole load of new skills, how to beat obstacles, and lead the class through some fun and exciting challenges and obstacles. It's absolutely brilliant for getting the kids to burn off some steam when they're running riot in the school holiday, and parents are welcome to join in too so the whole family can have a great time together.
