Regular group fitness classes run by Henry, open to and suitable for absolutely everyone! Each class has built in levels so they're suitable for all abilities and allow you to progress at your own pace. With the extra motivation of the group spurring you on you won't even notice how hard you're working and you'll soon be flying up the levels.  



These sessions use movement to really get your heart and lungs working as well as improve your agility. They're great for losing weight and increasing fitness, they may be hard but you'll be amazed at how quickly you see improvements and start feeling fitter every day.

It may seem far away but summmer will come sooner than you think! So it's the perfect time for fitness! This circuit training class is just what you need to shred off that excess holiday weight and tone your body up! It's hard work but fun and a great way to get in shape.

CALISTHENICS - Master your own body weight! It's a brilliant new training style that's making big waves in the fitness world. Training using your own body weight to build strength, fitness and improve balance. You can build up to some really impressive skills and it absolutely shreds fat right off!! It also complements ninja training really well!

Are you training for Tough mudder, Spartan race, or any obstacle course racing event??? Even if you're not this is a brilliant way to improve your strength, fitness and endurance while conditioning your body to take on any of these gruelling challenges! Only £5 each! Using the ninja obstacles we train to build strength stamina and fitness, replicating the conditions you see in the races. Its a really fun class and the closest you can get to a race like Tough Mudder without actually doing one!!

Adult Kickboxing Fitness Class - Learn to kick and punch, learn self defense and improve fitness in this great class for all levels and abilities. Taught by Henry, a very experienced martial artist and fitness trainer. 4 times British Taekwondo Champion, common wealth bronze medalist and holder of black belts in 3 different martial arts. Whether you're looking for a more enjoyable way of getting fit or you're looking to learn some new skills this is a brilliant class for you!
